MARINE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT MESAIEED PORT
Following Onshore activities are included in the Port Maintenance
- Workshop activities including machining, fabrication, painting, high pressure washing etc
- Store & inventory management
- Thirty-eight (38) quick release hooks (including integral electric capstans)
- Berth Electrical & Navigation system maintenance
- Hydraulic gangway maintenance
- Mobile Harbor Crane, Diesel generator, HP air compressors, dredging pump, Fuel dispenser maintenance
- Firefighting equipment maintenance
- Seven Hundred and Eighty (780) berth fenders
- Two-hundred and sixty (260) steel bollards
- Steel Ladders, handrails, platforms, life ring cabinets fabrication & replacements etc
- Concrete repair & protective coating activities for berths & structural steels
- Sheet Piles maintenance
Following Offshore activities are included in the Port Maintenance
- SPM Buoy including 3 km of subsea pipelines, mooring systems, floating hoses, subsea hoses and subsea PLEM valves, located two nautical miles off Mesaieed Port.
- Aids to Navigation Buoys – One hundred & four (104) offshore buoys spread over 63 kilometers which includes Two (2) Nos. meteorological buoys, Ninety (90) Nos. AIS, Three (3) Nos. Racon etc.
- Two (2) Nos. Floating Pontoons maintenance
- NGL & MPB berth maintenance
DIVING SERVICES AT MIC & RLIC PORTS
- Routine inspection and Maintenance of the Port
- Vessels in-water survey on behalf of classification of vessels
- Anode Installation and surveys
- SPM Subsea hose Installation
- Inspection and Maintenance of the Navigational Buoys, Bridal Chain, Touch Down point and the Sinker.
- Vessel Inspections and cleaning
- Seabed Surveys
- General Visual Inspection of the Quay Wall
- Scour survey along the base of the main wall.
- Measure silt & depth at 5m, 10m and 20m from the wall adjacent to each bollard
